Deep healing, not just symptom management.

Intensive behavioral therapy personalized to you.

For women ready to process their past and fully be in the present.

What to Expect

Session structure:

  • Preparation session (~1-2 hours): Set intention, prepare your nervous system, and clarify focus.
  • Single Intensive (~2–4 hours, occasionally longer): Deep, focused processing tailored to your pace and needs.
  • Integration session (~1 hour): Consolidate and explore insights, and support ongoing progress.
  • Text support: Included throughout treatment.

Modalities I Use

Each session draws from both evidence-based and integrative approaches to address the whole system — body, mind, and behavior.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing)
  • Clinical Hypnosis
  • Behavioral Reconditioning (Applied & Clinical Behavior Analysis principles)
  • PSIP (Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy)
  • Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (if clinically appropriate)

These modalities are woven together based on your unique presentation and readiness, creating a deeply personalized path forward.

FAQs About Healing Work

Q: Why don’t you take insurance?
A: Most insurance plans don’t cover integrative, intensive therapy (EMDR intensives, PSIP, etc.). I provide private-pay options as an out-of-network provider and use Mentaya for clients who seek reimbursement.

Q: Where are you located?
A: I’m based in Bend, Oregon, and offer both in-home and virtual sessions.

Q: Do you see clients outside Oregon?
A: Yes. I am licensed in Texas, New Jersey, and Oregon, and also practice in California. If you live in a state different than the ones mentioned above and are interested in my services, I’m more than happy to discuss if it is possible to work together and how to make it work.

Q: What modalities do you use?
A: I blend EMDR intensives, applied & clinical behavior analysis, clinical hypnosis, PSIP, and psychedelic work. This combination is customized to your specific needs and goals.

Q: What if I want to use insurance?
A: I providing billing through Mentaya; some clients get partial reimbursement depending on their plan and diagnosis.

Q: How often do we meet?
A: We decide that together. Some clients meet weekly, others biweekly or monthly depending on their needs and goals.

Q: Who do you work with?
A: Women seeking deep, nervous-system based change — including those who are neurodivergent-friendly and prefer an intensive, private-pay model.

Q: How does text support work?
A: Text is for brief integration check-ins (not emergencies). Text support is provided for as long as treatment is continuing.
