BCBA Contractor Opportunity | The Lotus Flower

Tired of corporate ABA?

Do you feel like the traditional ABA model doesn’t always leave room for individualized care? Are you passionate about parent coaching, meaningful behavior change, and helping families create lasting success outside of therapy sessions?

Maybe you’ve dreamed of having more autonomy over your clinical work. Maybe you love collaborating with parents. Maybe you want to build a caseload that aligns with your own values.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.

About The Lotus Flower

The Lotus Flower is a private practice committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based ABA services that prioritize meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

Our philosophy is simple: lasting change happens when parents have the knowledge, confidence, and support to carry therapeutic strategies into everyday life. Rather than relying solely on direct therapy hours, we emphasize parent collaboration, individualized treatment, and practical solutions that fit each family’s unique needs.

We’re building something different from the traditional corporate ABA model, and we’re looking for clinicians who are excited to help shape it.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as an independent contractor.

This role includes supporting our existing caseload while also building your own caseload, either by bringing your own clients or through referrals from The Lotus Flower. We’re looking for someone who is excited to establish a long-term practice with us and grow alongside our team.

Although this is an independent contractor position, we value collaboration over working in isolation. We believe our clients benefit most when clinicians support one another. We’re looking for someone who is willing to collaborate, consult with teammates, and, when possible, step in to provide coverage during vacations, illnesses, or other unexpected absences. We strive to create continuity of care for families while fostering a supportive environment where team members help one another succeed.

This position is ideal for someone who:

  • Values quality over productivity quotas.
  • Enjoys parent coaching and caregiver training.
  • Thinks creatively and individualizes treatment rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Wants flexibility and greater control over their work.
  • Enjoys collaborating with other professionals while maintaining independence.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Oregon licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Passion for family-centered, compassionate care
  • Experience with parent training is preferred

Position Details

  • Independent contractor position
  • Flexible schedule
  • Opportunity to build your own caseload
  • Supportive, collaborative environment
  • Competitive contractor compensation

If you’re looking for a practice where your clinical judgment is respected, your schedule has flexibility, and your work can truly make a difference for families, we’d love to hear from you.

Please send your resume and a brief introduction telling us why you’re interested in joining The Lotus Flower.
